Cílem této práce bylo přiblížit problematiku stiff person syndromu. Obecná část bakalářské práce popisuje kineziologické aspekty bederní páteře a pánve, které bývají nejčastěji postiženy. Dále je v práci uvedena etiologie a patofyziologie vzniku stiff person syndromu, klinický nález, diagnostika a možnosti léčby. Práce rovněž popisuje některé rehabilitační postupy, které jsou neodmyslitelnou částí celkové péče. Speciální část zahrnuje kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou stiff person syndrom.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The aim of this study was to approach the issue of stiff person syndrome. The general part of the thesis describes kinesiology aspects of lumbar spine and pelvis, which are most often affected. Furthermore the study also indicated etiology and pathophysiology of stiff person syndrome, clinical findings, diagnosis and treatment options. The work also describes some rehabilitation procedures that are inherent in the overall care. Special section includes a case study of physiotherapy care of a patient with stiff person syndrome.
