Tato rešeršní práce uvádí a rozebírá neuroanatomické a neurofyziologické poznatky o možných mechanismech fungování viscerosomatických a somatoviscerálních reflexních reakcí. Je kladen zřetel na vysvětlení sporných bodů a mylných interpretací, které jsou na tomto poli velmi četné. Práce přináší přehled teorií a poznatků různých autorů, hledá shodné a protikladné názory a pokouší se o jejich případnou integraci. Předkládám též možné konsekvence a implikace různých teorií pro praxi.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This recherche thesis shows and analyzes the neuroanatomical and neurophysiological findings on the possible mechanisms of functioning of viscerosomatic and somatovisceral reflex reactions. It is primarily focused on the explanation of questionable points and false interpretations, which are very frequent in this field. The thesis reviews the theories and findings of various authors, is looking for identical and opposite views and attemps to integrate them. I also present possible consequences and implications of various theories for practice.
