Předložená práce ve své teoretické části přináší potřebné informace vztahující se k tématu nevidomého pacienta. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit informovanost nevidomých pacientů v oblasti dentální hygieny a dle potřeby zvýšit jejich teoretickou znalost a praktickou dovednost. Pro zpracování praktické části bylo použito dotazníkové šetření, které bylo obohaceno o několik kazuistik, kde byla porovnána orální hygiena u osmi pacientů s různou měrou zrakového postižení. Výstupem bakalářské práce je informační leták, obsahující přehled pomůcek k čištění zubů a jejich správné používání pro nevidomé v Braillově písmu nebo elektronické podobě. Ve druhé půlce této práce jsem se věnovala spokojenosti pacientů s přístupem personálu. Na základě získaných informací vznikl také stručný informační leták pro zdravotnický personál jak jednat s nevidomým pacientem spolu s webovou stránkou dhozp.cz (dentální hygiena u osob se zrakovým postižením), kde je možné získat další informace.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Presented thesis in their theoretical part brings required information related to the theme of the blind patient. The aim of the practical part was to determine awareness of blind patients in the area of dental hygiene and according to need increase their theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Practical part was elaborated in a form of survey, which was enriched by casuistry, containing comparison of eight patients with different degrees of visual disability. The output of this thesis is an informative leaflet, containing a view of aids used for brushing teeth and a description of their correct use for blind in Braille or electronic form. In the rest of this thesis I paid attention on patient’s satisfaction with the staff’s access. According to the gained information I also created a brief informative leaflet for medical staff and a website www.dhozp.cz (dental hygiene among persons with visual disabilities), where is possible to get information on the theme of treating the blind patients.
