Tato práce řeší odsun Němců z chebského okresu v roce 1946. Cílem bylo zmapování tohoto procesu v okrese a porovnání jeho dynamiky a parametrů s celorepublikovými čísly. Zaměřil jsem se na odsunové vlaky vypravované z Chebska do americké a sovětské okupační zóny. Při mapování procesu jsem využíval především archivní materiály SOKA Cheb a kronikou města Cheb z let 1945 – 1947. Jedná se o kompilační historickou deskripci a analýzu. Na základě pramenů se mi podařilo popsat celý proces, ač přesnost mnou zjištěných čísel klesá k jeho závěru. To je způsobeno především chybějící dokumentací k transportům do sovětské zóny v létě roku 1946. I přes tento nedostatek se mi podařilo zjistit, že se proces odsunu z okresu z počátku zbržďoval za celorepublikovým tempem. Na konci léta a na začátku podzimu pak odsun Němců z Chebska vrcholil v době, kdy už v rámci republiky hlavní vlna vysídlování končila. Transportové vlaky, jejich osazení a vybavenost pak nikterak nevybočovaly z norem nastavených ve směrnicích, jimiž se měly místní orgány řídit a které vypracovalo ministerstvo vnitra. Hlavním zjištěním práce tak je skutečnost, že měl odsun z Chebska odlišnou dynamiku v porovnání s celorepublikovým průměrem. Na základě zjištěných údajů je možné pokračovat v dalším výzkumu a čísla dále zpřesňovat. Součástí práce jsou přílohy v podobě tabulek a grafů, jež má zjištění přehledně shrnují.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Thesis addresses the expulsion of Germans from Cheb region in 1946. Aim of my work was to map out the process in the region and compare its dynamics and parameters with countrywide numbers. I focused on expulsion trains were dispatched from the Cheb region into American and Soviet occupation zones. When mapping the process I used mainly archival materials SOKA Cheb and Cheb chronicle of the years 1945 – 1947. This work is a compilation of historical description and analysis. Based on the sources I was able to describe the whole process, although the accuracy of the numbers decrease at the end. This is mainly due to the lack of documentation to transports to the Soviet zone in the summer of 1946. Despite this deficiency that I found out that the process of expulsion from the Cheb region has been slowed compare to the countrywide numbers. Expulsion of Germans from the Cheb region culminated in the late summer and early autumn, so in a time when main wave of displacement of the German population in the whole country ended. Facility and equipment of transport trains have been according to standards set in the directives governing local authorities but manage and elaborated by the Ministry of the Interior. The main findings of the work is the fact that the expulsion of Germans from Cheb region had different dynamics compared to the republic average. Based on the data it is possible to further research and further refine the numbers. There are also tables and graphs in appendix of work that summarize my findings clearly.
