| Guidelines |
| Ústrednou témou je konflikt a jeho dynamika. Definujeme ho ako stretnutie dvoch a viacerých antagonistických síl vo vnútri psychického systému, ktorý sa usiluje byť jednotný. V práci budú analyzované rôzne dimenzie, v ktorých sa takáto kolízia odohráva (pudy, emócie, kognície, motivácia, hodnotový systém), ich prejavy a integráciu. Vo výskumnej časti práce budú identifikované možné zdroje konfliktu a jeho postupné reťazové následky v prežívaní, myslení a správaní. Cieľom práce je základný popis dynamiky konfliktu ako fenoménu, jeho prežívania a spracovávania z perspektív rôznych psychologických škôl. |
