Preliminary scope of work
Tato diplomová práce se bude zabývat problematikou videoher jako stále důležitější součástí softwarového práva. Práce se bude soustřeďovat zejména na problematiku autorského práva, nicméně částečně zasahuje i do odvětví jiných, jakými jsou právo správní, trestní a občanské. V průběhu psaní se budu snažit zaměřit na aspekty, které jsou typické pro videohry, jakožto specifický druh díla a které je odlišují od jiných děl, zejména pak od „klasických“ počítačových programů.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This diploma thesis will deal with video games as a problematic part of software law that is constantly growing in importance. It will explain relevant problematic of copyright law in this matter and, to a limited degree, also related problematic from different branches of law, namely criminal law, administrative law and civil law. During the writing, I will focus on distinctive aspects of video games as specific kind of software, and their distinctions from different kinds of works, especially from „classic“ computer programs.
