Preliminary scope of work

Autismus je vrozená porucha, která postihuje asi půl procenta populace. Jedná se o postižení mozku, především mozkového kmene, které má za následek změny chování, jako je porucha komunikace a sociální interakce či stereotypní chování a zájmy. Dalším příznakem jsou motorické obtíže. Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce je seznámit se s klasifikací poruch autistického spektra a jejich projevy v pohybovém jednání dítěte. Praktická část se zabývá hodnocením motorických dovedností u dětí s poruchou autistického spektra pomocí standardizovaného testu Movement Assessment Battery for Children – Second Edition, dále kazuistikami konkrétních pacientů a jejich terapií. Byla potvrzena existence motorických obtíží u jednoho pacienta a v jednom případě i signifikantní rozdíl mezi výsledky dvou měření. Tento rozdíl ukazuje na podíl nepozornosti dítěte při prvním testování.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Autism is a congenital disorder that affects about half a percent of population. It is a brain disability, especially a brain stem disability that results in changes of behavior such as communication disorder and social interaction impairment or stereotype behavior and interests. The other symptoms are motor disorders. The aim of the theoretical part of the bachelor theses is to get acquainted with the classification of autism spectrum disorders and with their influence on motor skills of a child. The practical part deals with the evaluation of motor skills of children with autism spectrum disorders using standardized test Movement Assessment Battery for Children - Second Edition, as well as with the case histories of specific patients and their therapies. The existence of motor difficulties of one patient was confirmed. Also a significant difference between the results of two measurements was observed in one of the cases. This difference indicates a partial inattention of the child during the first testing.
