Preliminary scope of work

Náplní práce je vypěstování in vitro kultur kukuřice seté (Zea mays), přidání živného média obohaceného o vybrané benzodiazepiny a provádění odběrů. Analýza vzorků bude provedena pomocí HPLC/UV a bude provedeno vyhodnocení účinnosti fytoextrakce použitých léčiv.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The content of this study is the growing of in vitro cultures of corn (Zea mays), the addition of the nutrient solution enriched with chosen benzodiazepines and taking samples every day. The samples will be analysed with HPLC/UV and the efficiency of phytoextraction of used pharmaceuticals will be carried out.
