Preliminary scope of work

Diplomová práce se zabývá jednotlivými způsoby skončení pracovního poměru v České republice a ve Švédsku. Účelem práce je popsat a srovnat právní úpravu obou zemí z pohledu flexikurity. Součástí této diplomové práce jsou i návrhy de lege ferenda pro českou právní úpravu.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The thesis deals with the various types of termination of employment contract in the Czech Republic and Sweden. The aim of the thesis is to describe and compare both legislations from the flexikurity perspective. The thesis also includes suggestions for changes in the Czech legislation.
