Bakalářská práce by měla shrnout mechanismy a regulační faktory depozice ligninu v různých typech buněk rostliny (včetně charakterizace funkce a variability zapojených peroxidáz a dalších enzymů a regulace jejich aktivity). Srovnat mechanismy depozice ligninu v Casparyho proužku endodermis oproti ostatním pletivům rostliny. Shrnout informace o významu a variabilitě složení ligninu.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Bachelor thesis follows mechanisms of lignin deposition and involved regulatory pathways in various cells types within plant body. It follows function and variability of involved peroxidases and other enzymes, and their regulations. It compares mechanisms of lignin deposition in endodermis and in other plant tissues (xylem, sclerenchyma). It characterises lignin functions and variability in its composition.
