Preliminary scope of work

Předmětem práce je zavedení a optimalizace expresního systému piggyBac v HEK293 produkční buněčné linii a následná produkce a strukturní charakterizace proteinů NKR-P1B a Clrb, receptorů potkaních NK buněk.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Aim of the thesis is the implementation and optimization of piggyBac expression system in HEK293 production cell line and subsequent production and structural characterization of proteins NKR-P1B and Clrb, receptors of rat natural killer cells.
