Preliminary scope of work
Práce se zabývá mezinárodněprávní úpravou problému násilí na ženách. V první části práce je popsáno, jak je násilí na ženách upraveno v rámci mezinárodního humanitárního práva, jak se k němu staví mezinárodní trestní tribunály a jak je řazeno v úpravě lidských práv. V další části se práce soustředí na výstupy soft law, konkrétně na Akční platformu z Pekingu a zhodnocení jejího plnění světovými regiony. Poslední část práce se zabývá možným spojením náboženství a násilí na ženách, podrobněji je představeno právo šarí´a.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The thesis is focusing on the area of regulations under international law, concerning violence against women. The first part describes, how is violence against women adjusted in international humanitarian law, what is attitude of international penal tribunals and how is this problem classified in international regulation of human rights. Second part of this thesis is concentrated to soft law, concretely on The Platform for Action from Beijing and valuation of its observance by the world regions. The last part of the thesis shows possible connection between religion and violence against women, more details are stated about sharia law.
