Preliminary scope of work

Otestování různých chirálních chromatografických systémů z hlediska retence a enantioseparace tryptofanu a jeho 8 derivátů. Na základě získaných výsledků se vybere nejvhodnější separační systém (stacionární a mobilní fáze) pro separaci těchto enantiomerů.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Study of various chiral chromatographic systems in the frame of retention and enantioseparation of tryptophan and its 8 derivatives. Consequently, the best separation system (stationary and mobile phases) will be chosen for enantioseparation of these compounds.
