Guidelines

Pro období dvacátých let 20. století, v anglofonním světě nazývaném jako „Roaring Twenties“ a ve frankofonním jako „Les Années Folles“, jsou příznačné sociální, umělecké a kulturní změny. Cíl: sledování příčin dynamičnosti období a projevů této dynamičnosti v Londýně a Paříži (centrech uměleckého a kulturního života) se zařazením do dobového kontextu. Vzhledem k silnému vlivu Spojených států amerických na kulturní dění 20. let a roli jazzu jako stěžejního hudebního směru se nabízí zpracování přijetí osoby George Gershwina (zaštiťující oba faktory) v těchto městech a jeho pohledu cizince, který v nich nachází další inspiraci.
