Rigorózní práce se zabývá průběhem směnečného řízení v České republice od jeho zahájení po vydání meritorního rozhodnutí a výkon rozhodnutí, resp. exekuci. Zaměřuje se na nedávné změny v právní úpravě ohledně doručování směnečného platebního rozkazu, na postavení směnečných dlužníků v námitkovém řízení a specifika směnečného řízení jako zkráceného řízení.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This thesis deals with the course of bill of exchange proceedings in the Czech Republic from its commencement, issuing of a decision on merits till the enforcement of the decision. It focuses on recent amendments in the legislation governing the delivery of the judicial order to pay in a form of bill, on the position of a drawee in the hearing where his objections against the payment order are considered. It describes the specifics of the bill of exchange proceedings as a summary proceedings.
