Preliminary scope of work |
Práce se snaží přiblížit čtenáři problematiku tří nejrozšířenějších typů strečinku a to
statického, dynamického a PNF strečinku. |
Preliminary scope of work in English |
The thesis aims for clarifying the issues of three most common types of stretching -
static, dynamic and PNF stretching. The thesis describes and discusses theirs effects primarily on strength, range of motion and muscle stiffness. It also addresses possible mechanisms of these effects especially neurophysiologic ones and biomechanical ones. A section of the thesis is also devoted to muscle-tendon unit and its biomechanical properties, which is going to help with understanding some of the mechanisms. |
