Preliminary scope of work

V rámci diplomové práce budou sledovány změny v expresi proteinů energetického metabolismu v srdci potkana adaptovaného na chlad okamžitě po adaptaci a po třech týdnech po návratu do normální teploty. Součastně budou sledovány vybrané markery v krevní plazmě.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of the thesis is the evaluation of changes in protein expression of energy metabolism in the rat heart adapted to cold immediately after adaptation, and three weeks after returning into the normal temperature. At the same time will assessed possible changes in the level of selected markers in blood plasma.
