| Téma mé bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s idiopatickou plicní fibrózou. Tato práce má dvě části. Část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám anatomií a funkcí plic a charakteristikou onemocnění. Dále píši o příznacích, diagnóze, léčbě a prognóze této nemoci. Také jsem zařadila kapitolu o léčebné metodě transplantace plic. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá informacemi pro pacienty, kteří jsou zařazeni na čekací listinu a připravují se na transplantaci plic. Praktická část je rozdělena na kapitoly zaměřené na sběr informací o pacientce s idiopatickou fibrózou plic. Dále posouzení zdravotního stavu při převzetí do domácí péče z pohledu zdravotní sestry a nakonec ošetřovatelský proces. V této části podrobně popisuji pět nejdůležitějších ošetřovatelských diagnóz, které jsem si stanovila na základě posbíraných informací. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| The topic of my thesis is the nursing care of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. This work has two parts. A theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy and function of the lungs and disease characteristics. In addition, I write about the symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the disease. Also, I included a chapter of the treatment method of lung transplantation. The last chapter deals with information for patients who are placed on a waiting list and are preparing for a lung transplantation. The practical part is divided into chapters focused on gathering information about the patient with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. In addition, health assessment upon admission from the perspective of home care nurses and ultimately the nursing process. In this section, I describe the five most important nursing diagnoses that I have set on the basis of collected information. |
