Preliminary scope of work
Práce bude řešena pod vedením Dr. J. Olšovské.
V rámci bakalářské práce bude vyvinuta metoda stanovení železa v pivu metodou bezplamenové AAS s cílem snížit detekční limit ve srovnání se stávající metodou – plamenovou AAS. Budou srovnány validační parametry a reálné výsledky obou metod.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The work will be performed under the main tutoiral of Dr. J. Olšovská.
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is the development of the method for determination of iron in beer using electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). The main topic of the work is decreasing of the detection limit of the method compared to a routine method using flame AAS. The validation parameters and the real results of both method will be compared.
