Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na získání celkového přehledu o možnostech analýzy genové exprese pomocí sekvenace nové generace. Výstupem by měl být lierární přehled popisující principy jednotlivých high throughput sekvenačních přístupů a vyhodnocení jejich vhodnosti či nevhodnosti v rámci zmíněné analýzy genové exprese.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The thesis is focused on literature survey to get an overview regarding the employment of next generation sequencing techniques in the gene expression analysis. An output should bring an answer what sequencing principles are or not suitable for this purpose.
