2.Proměřit profil elektrického pole v detektorech vysokoenergetického záření
CdTe legovaných indiem a chlorem v závislosti na přiloženém napětí, teplotě a
osvětlení
3. Porovnat výsledky a analyzovat vliv použitého dopantu
4. Vypracovat model popisující získaná experimentální data
