| Diplomová práce analyzuje proces ukotvení principu flexicurity v ČR prosazovaném skrze otevřenou metodu koordinace (OMC). Cílem práce je zodpovědět otázku, jaká z vybraných teorií, zda teorie racionální volby (RCT), nebo teorie sociologického institucionalismu (SI), je vhodnější k vysvětlení ukotvení principu flexicurity skrze OMC v ČR.
První kapitola bude analyzovat teoretický rámec studie. V druhé kapitole bude rozebrán princip flexicurity. Třetí kapitola se bude věnovat otevřené metodě koordinace obecně, a bude také zkoumat fungování OMC v oblasti flexicurity. Čtvrtá kapitola se bude věnovat principu flexicurity v zákonech, důvodových zprávách, Národních plánech reforem, odborné literatuře a programových prohlášeních vlády. Poslední kapitola bude analyzovat získaná data ve vztahu k vybraným teoriím. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| This diploma thesis will analyze anchoring of Flexicurity in the CR through the Open Method of Coordination. The aim is to find out which of the selected theories is more suitable for describing the process of anchoring Flexicurity in the CR. Selected theories are the theory of Rational Choice (RCT) and the theory of Sociological Institutionalism (SI). The first chapter will describe theoretical background. The second chapter will elaborate the concept of Flexicurity. The third part will approach the OMC in general as well as its functioning in the area of Flexicurity. The fourth chapter will grasp the principle of Flexicurity in legislation as well as their explanatory reports, National Reform Programmes, Czech government's policy statements, and interviews with representatives of tripartite actors who take part in social dialogue. The last chapter will analyze gained information in relation to the chosen theories- |
