Korupce je podle veřejného mínění jedním z nejvážnějších problémů posledních let. Tato práce se v úvodu zaměřila na vydané vládní dokumenty a na to, zda publikační
a komunikační aktivity vlády v oblasti protikorupční tematiky měly vliv na vnímání oblasti korupce veřejností. Tato práce dále analyzovala vládní dokumenty z období let 2006 až 2013 a zkoumala vývoj křivky veřejného mínění na oblast korupce v letech 2005 až 2013. Vzájemným propojením těchto sledovaných oblastí práce nastíní, zda tyto aktivity měly vliv na veřejné mínění. Protikorupční politika se v posledních letech dostává do středu politického a veřejného diskursu. I přes tento fakt, není vidět výrazná změna ve vnímání tohoto jevu veřejností. Práce ve svém závěru nabídne možná zdůvodnění proč, i přes snahy vlády, se vnímání korupce v očích veřejnosti nezlepšuje.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Corruption is one of the most serious problems of the Czech Republic according to public opinion in the past years. In the introduction this thesis focused on published governmental documents and whether the publication and communication activities of the government’s policy had an impact on the public perception of corruption. This thesis also analyzed the governmental documents from the period 2006 – 2013. It examined the evolution of the curve of public opinion on corruption between the years 2005 and 2013. By interlinking these monitored areas the thesis outlines whether these activities had an impact on public opinion. The anticorruption policy has come to the center of the political and public discourse in the past years, Despite this fact, we see no significant change in the public perception of this phenomenon. In the conclusion the thesis suggests possible reasons why the perception of corruption doesn’t improve despite the efforts of the government.
