Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem horního práva v České republice. Práce tento vývoj sleduje od pravěku až po připravovanou právní úpravu, která by měla být v nejbližší době uskutečněna. Podrobněji je v práci zpracována současná právní úprava horního práva s důrazem na výklad základních pojmů a institutů horního práva, kterými jsou nerost, ložisko, dobývání, výbušniny a další.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This diploma thesis deals with the development of the mining law in the Czech Republic. The thesis follows the development from the prehistory until the currently upcoming legislation. In the thesis is further elaborated the present legislation of the mining law, with the emphasis on the interpretation of the basic terminology and institutes that are minerals, mineral deposit, extraction, explosives and more.
