Preliminary scope of work

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku trénování mládežnického fotbalu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na mládežnický fotbal obecně, strukturu tréninkové jednotky, a také na roli trenéra
a samotné koučování. Praktická část práce je pak zaměřena hlavně na interpretaci výsledků na základě zpracovaného dotazníku, který se zabývá zejména otázkami ohledně trénování mládeže a tréninkových postupů samotného fotbalového trenéra.

Preliminary scope of work in English

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on issues related to coaching youth football. This thesis is divided into practical and theoretical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the issue of youth fotball in general, on the structure of a coaching unit, and also on the role of a coach and of coaching itself. The practical part focuses primarily on the interpretation of the findings from the conducted research, which deals with topics related to youth coaching procedures of the coach himself.
