Preliminary scope of work
Cílem disertační práce bude popsat chování molekul v modelových buněčných membránách se zvláštním zřetelem na fluorescenční značky. Výpočetní metodika bude rozvíjena v těsné spolupráci s fluorescenčními experimenty na modelových dvojvrstvách i v živých buňkách.
Předpokládané znalosti rozsahu magisterského vzdělání v chemické fyzice, biofyzice, či fyzikální chemie. Dobrá znalost angličtiny.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The aim of the dissertation will be description of the behavior of molecules in cellular membranes with a special focus on fluorescence markers. Computational methods will be developed in a close contact with fluorescence experiments on model bilayers, as well as live cells.
