Preliminary scope of work

Gender otázka se v drogové problematice stává stále více aktuální. Specifičnost ženské skupiny na drogové scéně je dána problémy spojenými s těhotenstvím a mateřstvím, rozdílnými biologickými faktory oproti mužům. Nejen v léčbě se odborníci zabývají nutností odborného poradenství pro ženy a řešením témat, které jsou spojeny s ženskou rolí. Vzniká i specifická část služeb pro ženskou klientelu. Ať jsou důvody žen – matek k užívání jakékoliv, vždy je to spojené s otázkou péčí o dítě a následnou abstinencí. V mém výzkumu mne zajímalo, zda je dítě motivací k abstinenci a jakou roli hraje otěhotnění v užívání drog ženami. Naše společnost má ohledně žen, které jsou závislé na návykových látkách mnoho předsudků a stereotypního chování. Mojí snahou bylo přistupovat ke každé klientce s čistou myslí bez předsudků a očekávání.
Práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části jsem se věnovala genderovým specifikám žen – uživatelek a definovala některé rozdíly v porovnání s mužskou populací. Dále jsem tuto problematiku pokusila nahlédnout z medicínského, adiktologického a sociálního hlediska, neboť se jedná o multidisciplinární problém a všechny tři instituce v tomto problému nezbytně konfigurují. Na závěr se věnuji motivaci závislého chování matek – uživatelek.
V empirické části se zabývám dítětem jako motivací k abstinenci – zda je dítě důvodem k vyhledání léčebného programu, zda má vliv na setrvání v léčbě klientek a jakou roli sehrává v drogové kariéře klientek.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Gender issue in the drug issue is becoming increasingly topical. The specificity of women's groups on the drug scene is given to the problems associated with pregnancy and motherhood , different biological factors compared to men. Not only in treatment , experts address the need of expert advice for women and addressing issues that are associated with feminine roles. There is also a specific part of the services for female clients. Whatever the reasons women - mothers to use any , it is always associated with the issue of child care and subsequent abstinence . In my research , I wonder whether the child is the motivation for abstinence and the role of drug use in pregnancy women. Our society has about women who are drug addicts many prejudices and stereotypical behavior. My intention was to approach each client with a clear mind without prejudices and expectations.
The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical section is devoted to gender specificities of women - users and define some differences compared to the male population. Then I tried to look this issue from a medical , addictological a social point of view , since it is a multidisciplinary problem , and all three institutions in this issue necessarily configured . At the end, we discuss the motivation dependent behavior of mothers - users .
In the empirical part deals with the child as a motivation for abstinence - whether the child is a reason to find a treatment program that has an impact on treatment retention of clients and the role played in the drug career clients .
