Záměrem předkládané bakalářské práce je zachytit postavení římských žen v různých oblastech lidského života, zejména se zaměřením na proměny probíhající během trvání římské říše. Pozornost je věnována vstupu do manželství a rodinnému životu, možnostem a omezením v rámci právních vztahů, vystupování žen na veřejnosti a způsobům trávení volného času a také uplatnění žen v římském náboženském systému. V práci byla využita historickoanalytická metoda.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The intention of this bachelor thesis has been to describe the status of Roman women in different spheres of human life, with a particular focus on the transformations taking place during the period of the Roman Empire. The focus has been dedicated to the entry into marriage and family life, possibilities and limitations within the legal relations, appearance of women in public and ways of spending free time and also opportunities for women in the Roman religious system. There has been used historico-analytic method in this work.
