| Ve své diplomové práci se budu věnovat převážně právním problémům zakotvení evropských politických stran.
Nejprve se zaměřuji na problematiku politických skupin na půdě Evropského parlamentu. Hlavním těžištěm práce bude právní zakotvení politických stran na evropské úrovni. Cílem mé práce bude vymezení pojmu "evropské politické strany". Hlavní důraz je kladen na nařízení Evropského parlamentu č. 2004/2003 a na návrh Komise č. 2012/0237 o statutu a financování evropských politických stran a evropských politických nadací. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je prokázat, že chybí nařízení Evropské unie, které by právně potvrzovalo článek 10, odst. 4 Smlouvy o Evropské unii. |

| My diploma thesis will focus on the legal issues of establishing European political parties.
First, the thesis brings a brief definition of the legal constitution of political groups in the European Parliament. The goal of this thesis is to define the European political parties. The emphasis is put on Regulation (EC) No 2004/2003 governing political parties at European level and the rules regarding their funding and on the Proposal No 2012/0237 for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the statute and funding of European political parties and European political foundations. The main target of the thesis is to prove the fact that there is a lack of regulations of the European Union, which would legally confirm the Article 10, paragraph 4 of the TEU. |
