Guidelines

Teoretická část – pojednání o austriacismech na základě sekundární odborné literatury, definice, vymezení lingvistických termínů (obecná charakteristika austriacismů, postavení rakouské němčiny v současnosti, pojednání o třídění austriacismů do skupin).
Praktická část – představení autora a díla, synchronní výzkum (objasnění předmětu a metodiky výzkumu, představení zkoumaných jevů, prezentace shromážděných dat, zpracování a vyhodnocení dat.

Preliminary scope of work

V teoretické části DP diplomantka prostuduje sekundární odbornou literaturu týkající se austriacismů. Vymezí lingvistické pojmy a definuje odborné termíny. V praktické části se bude zabývat sociolingvistickým šetřením. Na základě beletristické knihy, v níž se austriacismy vyskytují, sestaví dotazníky obsahující tyto výrazy. Poté provede průzkum v terénu. Na základě tohoto průzkumu zpracuje a vyhodnotí výsledky synchronního výzkumu. Jako respondenty zvolí užší vzorek různých sociálních skupin a věkových kategorií.

Preliminary scope of work in English

In the theoretical part of the thesis the student scrutinizes some secondary literature sources which deal with austriacisms. She defines linguistic terminology. In the practical part of the thesis she deals with sociolinguistic research. On the basis of a belletristic work, a list of austriacisms will be created. This list will be turned into a questionnaire. Then come interviews in the street asking about the usage of the terms. After that there is the assessment of the results. The interviewees represent a rather narrow sample of the nation and are from different social backgrounds and of different age.
