Preliminary scope of work

Hlavním zaměřením bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak probíhá spolupráce sestry a pacienta v revmatologické ambulanci a jaká je spolupráce z pohledu pacientů, ale i sester.
Cílem práce je objasnit, které skutečnosti ovlivňují vzájemnou spolupráci a komunikaci a jak by se dala vzájemná spolupráce zlepšit.
Teoretická část obsahuje význam a podmínky pro zařazení do jednotlivých ambulancí v Revmatologickém ústavu, včetně popisu náplně práce sester na ambulanci. Objasňuje, z jakého důvodu byl pacient na ambulanci Revmatologického ústavu odeslán. Teoretická část se dále zaměřuje na vztah mezi sestrou a pacientem a jejich vzájemnou komunikaci a spolupráci. Jsou zde uvedeny různé druhy komunikace, které dokládají, že pro vzájemnou spolupráci mezi sestrou a pacientem je právě komunikace tím nejdůležitějším a rozhodujícím faktorem. Bez vzájemné důvěry a komunikace by spolupráce mezi sestrou a pacientem nebyla možná, a proto práce zjišťuje, jak sestry získávají důvěru pacientů a jak s nimi komunikují.
Abych realitu spolupráce sestry a pacienta v revmatologické ambulanci dobře poznala, rozhodla jsem se pro kvalitativní výzkum. K získání dat použiji techniku polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se sestrami a pacienty z Revmatologického ústavu. Získaná data budu pomocí otevřeného kódování analyzovat. Výsledky tohoto výzkumu mohou zlepšit vzájemnou spolupráci a komunikaci sester a pacientů.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The primary aim of my bachelor('s) thesis is making a discovery of the nurses and patients cooperation in the rheumatology outpatient clinic and the perception of cooperation level both nurses and patients.The principal point of this thesis is finding factors having a harmful influence on these mutual cooperation and communication and the improvement of both.In the teoretical part are included job content/description of nurses and requirements for the inclusion into the particular rheumatology outpatient clinic. There are mentioned reasons of outpatients seeing the rheumatologists, as well as various types of communication between the nurses and the patients in the thesis. Simultaneously is demonstrated, that the most important, indispensable and crucial factor for their mutual cooperation, is just the right communication between them. Without the trust each other and the right, convenient communication it can not cooperate and that is why it is also desribed the way of nurses to gain confidence of patients- the principle of the right communication.For the best cognition of my thesis theme, I chose the qualitative research and I used semi-structured interview with nurses and patients of our Rheumatology Institute for the data acquisition.Obtained data will be analysed by open coding system.The results of my research could improve the cooperation and the communication between the nurses and the patients.
