2. Představení komunitního tlumočení obecně a stručný popis současného stavu v oblasti komunitního tlumočení v České republice.
3. Komunitní tlumočení v oblasti školství včetně popisu situace v ČR
4. Problematika jazykového zprostředkování se zaměřením na oblast školství

Empirická část (případová studie):
5. Uskutečnit případovou studii, zaměřenou na využití komunitních tlumočníků a jazykových prostředníků na základních školách: role tlumočníka, tlumočnické situace, názory komunitních tlumočníků a pedagogů na tuto službu, pohled na působení žáků v roli jazykových prostředníků.
6. Analýza a zpracování získaných výsledků z dotazníků.
7. Shrnutí výsledků.
8. Závěry a doporučení pro školní praxi.
