Separace lipoproteinů ultracentrifugou; Gravimetrické stanovení koncentrace lipoproteinu (stanovení proteinu, cholesterolu a triglyceridu rutinní metodou); Určení závislosti dn/dc; Na základě přímé kalibrace a elučního času určení velikosti sledovaných částic; Srovnání chromatografického chování lipoproteinů na různých kolonách pro optimalizaci podmínek

Separation of lipoproteins by ultracentrifugation; Gravimetric determination of concentration of lipoproteins (determination of proteins, chloesterol and triglycerides by routine method); Determination of dn/dc dependences; Determination of particle size on the bases of direct calibration and elution times; Comparison of chromatographic behaviour of lipoproteins on various columns for optimalisation of experimental conditions.
