Preliminary scope of work
Práce pojednává o právním postavení a činnosti České národní banky. Systematicky je práce členěna do čtyř kapitol pojednávajících o historii centrálního bankovnictví na našem území, právním zakotvení České národní banky, vztahu České republiky k Evropské centrální bance a Evropskému systému centrálních bank včetně případného přistoupení České republiky k Euru a v poslední kapitole jsou základním způsobem charakterizovány jednotlivé druhy činností České národní banky.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The thesis deals with the legal status and activities of the Czech National Bank. Systematically is the thesis divided into four chapters dealing with the history of central banking in the country, the legal anchoring of the Czech National Bank, Czech Republic's relation to the European Central Bank and the European System of Central Banks including the Czech Republic's eventual accession to the euro and the last chapter characterizes different types of activities of the Czech National Bank.
