| Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda lze pomocí vybraných prvků muzikoterapie docílit změn stability a reaktibility u vertebrogenních pacientů. K objektivnímu zhodnocení výsledků byla zvolena metoda posturografie. Jako vedlejší cíl bylo stanoveno zhodnocení subjektivních změn obtíží a zhodnocení výhod a nevýhod integrace muzikoterapeutických prvků do fyzioterapeutické jednotky. Podklady pro splnění vedlejších cílů výzkumu byly získány pomocí dotazníku. V teoretické části práce je pojednáno o muzikoterapii, posturální motorice, posturografii a vertebrogenních obtížích a jejich etiologii. Součástí je též kapitola o psychosomatice. V rámci praktické části bakalářské práce proběhlo 10 sezení muzikoterapie s cílem ovlivnit pohybový aparát a následně reaktibilitu a stabilitu probandek. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| The main aim of this study is to find out, if we are able to change stability and reactibility of patients with vertebral issues by using selected elements of musical therapy. To evaluate objectively the results the posturography was used. As an ulterior aim I chose to evaluate respondent's subjective feelings about changes in their vertebral issues and to compare advantages and disadvantages of integrating musical therapy into therapeutical unit. Materials used to fulfill ulterior aims were taken by a questionnaire. In the theoretical part I am writing about musical therapy, postural motor skills, posturography and about vertebral issues with its etiology. A chapter in this theoretical part is about psychosomatics. For practical part of the theses I prepared 10 musical therapy sessions. Main aim of these sessions was to influent musculosceletal system, reactibility and stability of respondents. |
