| Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hodnocení pedagogických pracovníků žáky na středních školách (dále jen studentské ankety). Cílem práce je zmapovat používání a vyhodnocování studentských anket na státních, soukromých a církevních školách ve Středočeském kraji a v Praze.
Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou hodnocení zaměstnanců a obecně interview, jako metodou sběru dat v kvantitativním výzkumu. Závěrečná část popisuje provedený výzkum mapující zkušenosti ředitelů škol či jejich zástupců s organizováním studentských anket na náhodně vybraných středních školách v určitém regionu. Výzkum byl proveden formou strukturovaných a polostrukturovaných telefonických interview. Práce je doplněna o stručný návod realizovaný formou otázek a odpovědí na nejčastější dotazy, které si kladou ředitelé škol a učitelské sbory při zavádění studentských anket na školách. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| The thesis deals with the issue of Secondary School Student's Evaluation of Teachers (hereinafter student surveys). The goal is to monitor the use and evaluation of student surveys at state, private and church schools in Central Bohemian region and in Prague.
The theoretical part deals with the evaluation of staff and interviews in general, serving as a data collection method in quantitative research. The final section describes the research conducted by monitoring the experience of school directors or their representatives in organizing student surveys at randomly selected secondary schools in a particular region. Research was conducted in the form of a structured and semi-structured telephone interview. The work is supplemented by a brief guide implemented in the form of questions and answers to frequently asked questions, which the directors and the teachers ask in the introduction of student surveys in schools. |
