Preliminary scope of work
Cílem této práce je posoudit dopady přímých zahraničních investic v první vlně privatizace v České republice. Relevantní literatura a ekonomická teorie se bude diskutována a použita jako vodítko pro stanovení hypotézy o dopadu přímých zahraničních investic v České republice. Pro testování hypotézy bude sestaven ekonometrický model, který bude používat data o privatizačních projektech z let 1991 a 1992 k dohledání v archivu Ministerstva financí České republiky.

Preliminary scope of work in English
The goal of this thesis is to examine effects of the FDI in first wave of privatization in the Czech Republic. Relevant literature and economic theory will be discussed and used as a guide for stating the hypothesis about effects of FDI in the Czech Republic. An econometric model will be constructed to test the hypothesis. The model will use data on privatization projects that took place in 1991 and 1992 collected in the archive of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic.
