Preliminary scope of work

První část mé bakalářské práce je zaměřena na teoretickou problematiku revmatoidní artritidy. Obsahuje rozsáhlou část o klinickém obrazu, kterým se může revmatoidní artritida projevit. Zaměřila jsem se na projevy kloubní a na projevy mimokloubní neurologické. Dále jsem zpracovala různé druhy terapií, medikamentózních i nefarmakologických. Závěr obecné části práce je orientovaný na fyzioterapeutickou péči při dané diagnóze.
Druhá část představuje kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou revmatoidní artritida, která vznikla na základě deseti-denní rehabilitace s pacientem v Revmatologickém Ústavu Praha. Hlavním cílem terapie bylo zmírnění bolesti, obnovení svalové síly a obnovení kloubního rozsahu.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The first part of the thesis is focused on the theoretical issue of rheumatoid arthritis. The main topic of this part is a clinical picture through which rheumatoid arthritis can come out. I also focused on arthral and non-arthral, neurological, symptoms. At the end of the thesis the physical therapy is discussed.
The second part includes the actual diagnosis elaboration of a case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis. It was created during my practice in the Institute of Rheumatology in Prague. The main aim of the therapy was to reduce pain and to restore the strength of muscles and the latitude of joints.
