Preliminary scope of work

Bakalářská práce Hospodářská krize a její odezva v německém automobilovém průmyslu se zabývá dopady hospodářské krize na německý automobilový průmysl a opatřeními, která měla tyto dopady zmírnit. Mezi tato opatření patří zavedení šrotovného, možnost práce ve zkráceném pracovním týdnu a změna systému pro danění motorových vozidel. Práce se zabývá administrativní i procesní stránkou těchto státních zásahů a současně analyzuje, jak tato forma pomoci pomohla firmám činným v tomto průmyslovém odvětví. Zároveň stručně mapuje i jednání tří vybraných firem v období krize. Jedná se o podniky Volkswagen, Daimler a Robert Bosch. Práce konstatuje různou roli těchto opatření a nerovnoměrnost jejich pomoci. Zároveň dochází k závěru, že díky těmto státním zásahům byla krize překonána daleko rychleji, než by tomu bylo v případě bez jejich zavedení a že jejich význam tkví především v nezatěžování sociálního systému státu. Práce současně dokumentuje i vnímání této problematiky v českých médiích, kde dochází k závěru, že hospodářská krize v německém automobilovém byla vnímána především v kontextu jejího významu pro českou ekonomiku. Práce ukazuje, že na zvládnutí krize se nepodílelo jenom zavedení šrotovného, ale svoji roli zde sehrálo více státních opatření.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Bachelor thesis Economical crisis and its impact on German automobile industry deals with impacts of economical crisis on German automobile industry and with measures, which should mitigate these impacts. These measures include implementation of scrapping, possibily of work in shortened work week and change of system for taxation of motor vehicles. Thesis deals with administrative and procedural site of these state interventions and concurrently analyses how this form of aid helped to companies active in this industrial sector. Concurently is mapping actions of three selected companies in period of crisis. It concerns enterprises Volkswagen, Daimler and Robert Bosch. This Thesis notes different role of these measures and inequality of their help. Simultaneously is drawing a conclusion, that thanks to these measures was the economical crisis overcomed much quicker that it would be without theirs implementation and their importance lies primarily in not burdening of social system of state. Work concurently documents a perception of this topic in Czech media, where concludes that the economical crisis in German automobile industry was perceived primarily in context of hers importance for Czech economics. This thesis is showing, that in overcoming of economical crisis wasn't only scrapping participating but their importance had more state measures.
