Preliminary scope of work

Práce bude mít teoretickou a praktickou část. V první části popíšu základní pojmy, dále zde bude úvodní seznámení s tématem, popis sruktury skupiny. Vysvětlím základní metody sociometrie, nastíním možné využití. Druhá část bude věnována mému výzkumu, který provedu na 3 pracovních týmech. Budu zde měřit především vztahy sympatie a antipatie a míru koheze ve skupině.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Thesis includes theoretical and practical part. In the first part I will describe main terms, give an introduction into sociometry and group structure. Further I will focus attention on key sociometry methods and outline possible use of sociometry. The second part will be made up of my research perfomed on 3 work teams. Mainly I will be looking for relationships of sympathy and antipathy and group cohesion rate.
