Literární rešerše genomu a proteomu bakterie Francisella tularensis se zaměřením na bakteriální membránově lokalizované proteiny, jejich funkce a vztah k hostitelským buňkám (host-patogen interakce).Nastudovat principy separačních metod a hmotnostní spektrometrie.Sepsat diplomovou práci na dané téma.
