Preliminary scope of work

Tato práce je zaměřena na vývoj amerického fotbalu v České republice. Mapuje dvacetiletou historii od založení prvního českého klubu, Prague Lions, až do roku 2011. Cílem je seznámit laika s hrou americký fotbal, s její stručnou historií v USA a s vývojem ve světě se zaměřením na Evropu. Vývoj v České republice je sledován podle vzniku jednotlivých klubů a je porovnáván se sousedními zeměmi.

Preliminary scope of work in English

This work is focused on the development of football in the Czech Republic. Maps twenty years of history since the founding of the first Czech club, Prague Lions until 2011. The aim is to introduce the layman the game American football, with its brief history in the U.S. and developments in the world with a focus on Europe. Development in the Czech Republic is followed by formation of clubs and it is compared with neighboring countries.
