Preliminary scope of work

Cílem této práce je provést rozbor institutu správního zajištění neregulérních migrantů a žadatelů o mezinárodní ochranu dle české právní úpravy doplněný o pohled evropského práva.

Preliminary scope of work in English

This thesis deals with the institute of administrative detention according to the Czech legal system. Both irregular migrants and asylum seekers fall under the scope of this work. The purpose of this paper is to detail the legal framework with which deprivation of liberty of migrants must comply in particular for what concerns the fundamental principle of international law that no one should be subjected to arbitrary detention.
