| Cílem této práce je analyzovat přístup Německa k problematice integrace zdejších přistěhovalců s ohledem na přijatý legislativní rámec. Práce by měla ukázat, jakým způsobem Přistěhovalecký zákon ovlivnil a nasměroval podobu zdejší integrační politiky. Zákon měl veliké ambice zlepšit situaci týkající se integrace imigrantů. Snažím se zde odhalit, v čem je spatřována jeho kvalita, ale i skryté nedostatky. Nejprve je zde nastíněna problematická situace, která vedla k přijetí tohoto zákona. Zkoumám zde, v jaké situaci a za jakých okolností tento zákon vznikal. Jelikož byl vůbec prvním opatřením zabývajícím se problematikou integrace, zjišťuji, jaká konkrétní řešení podpory integrace přistěhovalců tento zákon nabízí. Analyzuji zde podobu pro-aktivní integrační politiky, jež byla tímto zákonem zavedena. Největší pozornost byla v rámci zákona věnována jazykové integraci. Zákon zavedl na podporu integrace částečně povinné integrační kurzy. Na závěr se snažím ukázat, s jakými problémy se musí Německo vypořádat při aplikaci těchto zákonných ustanovení do praxe, jaké problémy jsou spojené se zavedením integračních kurzů. Na základě analýzy Přistěhovaleckého zákona se zde pokusím vymezit, k jakému konceptu integrační politiky se Německo přiklání. |

| The aim of this study is to analyze the German approach to the issue of immigrants´ integration.
I look at this problem from the point of view of a new legislative framework. This work should show how immigration laws influenced local integration policy. The law had great ambitions to improve the situation regarding the integration of immigrants. I am trying to discover its qualities but also to identify its drawbacks. First, there is outlined a problematic situation that led to the adoption of this law. There is described the situation and circumstances under which the law originated. Since the very first measure dealing with issues of integration, I show how specific solutions of supporting the integration of immigrants the law offers. I analyzed the form of a pro-active integration policy, which was established by this Act. The greatest attention was paid to linguistic integration. The Act established partially compulsory integration courses to promote the integration. Finally, I try to show the problems that Germany must deal with concerning the application of the statutory provisions. I try to show what problems are associated with the implementation of integration courses. Based on the analysis of immigration law, I try to prove which concept of integration policy towards which Germany is inclined. |
