| Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hospodářskou politiku prováděnou administrativou prezidenta Ronalda Reagana ve Spojených státech v 80. letech 20. století. První kapitola se věnuje osobnosti prezidenta Reagana kvůli zasazení událostí do kontextu. Druhá kapitola stručně popisuje teoretická východiska Reaganomiky – monetarismu, školu strany nabídky a školu racionálních očekávání. Čtvrtá kapitola analyzuje konkrétní opatření Reaganomiky. Věnuje se snižování daňové zátěže, deregulačnímu úsilí dále státním rozpočtům, především výdajové stránce a deficitům a v poslední řadě monetární politice. Poslední kapitola se věnuje důležitým makroekonomickým ukazatelům jako je HDP, nezaměstnanost a vládní dluh. Na závěr přináším ve stručnosti kritické ohlasy na Reaganomiku, jak z pravé tak i levé strany politického spektra. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| The thesis focus on economic policies during the Ronald Reagan’s era in the United States in the 80’s. The first chapter is about president‘s opinions and his characteristics, which are important for a context. In the second chapter are described theoretical bases of Reaganomics – monetarism, supply side economic and racional expectations. In the fourth chapter are analyzed concrete arrangements of Reaganomics. It is focused on the tax decreases, deregulation, federal budgets, especially expenditures and deficits, the last issue is monetary policy. The fifth chapter contain the analysis of important economic indicators like GDP growth, unemployment and public debt. In the end of the thesis there is the criticism of Reaganomisc from left and right side of political spectra. |
