Preliminary scope of work

Táto práca obsahuje teoretickú a praktickú časť. Obsahom teoretickej časti je analýza nových foriem distribúcie tv. spravodajstva z pohľadu mediálnej teórie, analýza nových foriem distribúcie v Hong Kongu, popis a porovnanie IPTV a internetového videa ako dvoch podľa môjho názoru najprogresívnejších foriem TV. spravodajstva a aj zamyslenie nad tézou Marshalla McLuhana, že "žijeme v retribálnom období a v jednej veľkej globálnej dedine".
Obsahom praktickej časti tejto práce je prieskum na 70 uživateľoch Facebooku, ktorý maju medzi 18-25 rokmi a odpovedajú na otázky týkajúce sa nových foriem distribúcie tv. spravodajstva.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Content of this thesis consists of two major parts. The first, theoretical part consists of analysis of theories on the new forms of distribution of news coverage, then there is an analysis of how different is the Hong Kong new media environment from the in Czech Republic and Slovakia. Other part is the description and comparison of two most progressive forms of distribution, IPTV and Internet video and the last, but not least, a dispute on Marshall McLuhan's theory that "we live in retribal period and the world is a global village".
The practical part of this thesis consists of the analysis of survey conducted on 70 Facebook users between 18 to 25 years who answer questions regarding new forms of distribution of news coverage.
