Guidelines
1) Getting acquainted with the goals of OSQAR experiment
2) Getting acquainted with the possibilities of the interactions of high magnetic fields with laser beams in two distinct experiments: (a) the photon regeneration effect which is looked for as a light shining through the wall; (b) ultra-fine magnetic birefringence of the vacuum.
3) Setting up the photon regeneration experiment using the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) superconducting dipole magnets with CERN low temperature test infrastructure and high power lasers.
4) Evaluation of preparatory phases of the experiments.
