Preliminary scope of work
Budu se snažit o nejvíce vyčerpávající definici pojmu euthanasie a o náhlednutí do její historie. Dalším krokem pak bude rozbor právních úprav v Beneluxu a právní úpravy v České republice, což by mělo vyústit v úvahu, jestli a případně jak u nás euthanasii právně upravit.
Preliminary scope of work in English
I'll try to define euthanasia in the most comprehensive way and then I'll try to describe its history. As the next step I'll analyze its legislation in Benelux and Czech republic. Those should result in the reasoning, if the legislation in our country is reasonable and, if it is, which way of legislation would be the best one.
