Cílem této diplomové práce nazvané Rozhodčí řízení v České republice je charakterizovat rozhodčí řízení v tuzemsku, vysvětlit základní instituty tohoto mimosoudního způsobu řešení sporů a pojednat o aktuálních problémech, které jsou v posledních měsících hojně diskutovány.

The aim of this thesis called Arbitration Procedure in the Czech Republic is to characterize Arbitration in the Czech Republic, describe individual aspects of Czech Arbitration and outline highly discussed issues of recent months.
