Stanovy jsou považovány za nejdůležitější dokument nejen banky, ale obecně každé akciové společnosti.
Hlavním cílem této práce je popsat současný stav právní úpravy stanov banky v tuzemském právním řádu s důrazem na odlišnosti stanov banky od stanov běžné akciové společnosti.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The bylaws are the most important documents not only of the banks, but also of every joint-stock company in general.
The aim of this paper is to describe the present national legislation on the banks´ bylaws and to emphasize the differences between the bank´s bylaws and the bylaws of the ordinary joint-stock company.
